abundant energy, your number is very important.
I’m not talking about your weight, your cholesterol or
your blood pressure.
The #1 measurement affecting your health is your pH level.
Your body was designed to have a slightly alkaline pH–
about 7.365. (0 is pure acid, 14 is pure alkaline and 7 is
neutral.)
And just a slight swing into the acid direction can make a
HUGE difference in your state of health.
Here’s why:
All of your organs work the way they’re supposed to when
pH is in the alkaline range of acceptable, but are stressed
and start to break down when it gets just a bit too acid.
Here are some examples:
==========
Your Heart
==========
Your heart pumps an incredible 13,000 quarts of blood a
DAY–that’s enough to fill a small swimming pool.
If there are toxins in your blood, that puts a tremendous
strain on your heart and it has to work much harder to do
its job. Plus acid wastes in your system rob your blood of
oxygen, which causes your heart tissue to deteriorate.
This can mean heart disease, heart attack or high blood
pressure.
==========
Your Liver
==========
Your liver serves over 300 different functions. Arguably
the most important one is to remove acid toxins from the
blood and make alkaline enzymes for your body.
If you have a lot of toxins in your blood, your liver is
constantly being put into overdrive to clean them out. If
that goes on long enough, it will completely shut down.
Liver failure can kill you–fast.
=============
Your Pancreas
=============
Like the liver, the pancreas also reduces excess acid in
the body, plus it helps regulate blood sugar by producing
insulin. Your pancreas is VERY sensitive–it absolutely
cannot function correctly when you’re acidic–it must have
an alkaline environment.
With a malfunctioning, stressed pancreas, you are
susceptible to diabetes, hypo- or hyperglycemia and even
eventually pancreatic cancer. That is what Patrick Swayze
and Michael Landon died from.
============
Your Kidneys
============
The kidneys create urine and help get rid of excess acid
from your body. About one liter of blood passes through
them every single MINUTE.
If your blood is loaded with acid and toxins, your kidneys
become stressed and unable to effectively do their job.
This can lead to urinary infections, kidney disease or
kidney stones.
============
Your Stomach
============
When the stomach properly digests your food, nutrients are
absorbed, there’s no overproduction of acid and wastes pass
through the intestines nice and easy.
But if you eat foods that don’t combine well or are acid-
creating, your stomach can’t digest them well. It ends up
overproducing acid trying to do its job–and the result is
incompletely digested food, poor nutrient absorption and
acid rising up into your throat.
This is why acid reflux, GERD, IBS, hiatal hernia and
gastritis are so prevalent today. The typical “Western”
diet is loaded with acid-creating, improperly combined
food.
==========
Your Colon
==========
Your wastes are supposed to move easily through the colon
and “out the back door.”
But if your wastes are loaded with toxins (due to poor
digestion like I mentioned above) they don’t move through
like they should. Instead they stick to your colon walls,
become a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and cause you
to put on weight.
Plus, your gut wall can become porous (called leaky gut
syndrome), causing the toxins to seep out and be absorbed
into your bloodstream–you literally poison yourself.
It’s no surprise that colon cancer is the number one
cancer killer, and that so many people suffer with
conditions like chronic constipation, diverticulitis and
IBS.
If you’re not having an easy bowel movement or two every
single day, it’s a safe bet you’ve got toxic build-up in
your colon.
All of this may seem like a dismal picture, but the facts
are the facts. Your pH is literally your most important
number.
But the great news is that your body responds lightning
fast when you make it more alkaline.
Even after YEARS of “food abuse,” it can still bounce back
and work the way it should.
And is it ever heaven on earth when that happens!
- Bloating goes away
- You have tons of energy
- You have regular bowel movements
- No more acid rising up in your throat
- Excess pounds melt away without even trying
- You get less headaches and body aches
- Your blood pressure can come down
- For diabetics, your blood sugar can stabilize
- You need less or no more medication
- Symptoms of fibromyalgia can diminish or disappear
- Your breath smells better
…and much, much more.
Now, getting and maintaining an alkaline pH is not
difficult at all.
Following my advice in the Great Taste No Pain manuals
will make it happen for you.
The manual “How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If Your
MD Says, ‘No Way!’” teaches you the science behind good
food combining and tells you exactly how to structure each
meal. It couldn’t be made simpler.
Plus “Foods That Create Acid, Foods That Take It Away”
shows you which foods are alkaline or acid-creating, so
there’s no guesswork.
Both these manuals are in the Great Taste No Pain system.
They can help you to keep ALL your organs running smoothly
from head to toe–your body will say thank you and reward
you handsomely.
