Your Body’s Distribution Center Must Do Its Job
Chronic- Constipation, Colon, Fibromyalgia No Comments »If someone were to ask you, “What’s your most important
body part?” what would you say?
Your heart? Brain? Lungs? All pretty important.
But one of THE most important body parts is your gut.
Without it, you’re a goner.
You need to think of your gut like an airport traffic
control tower. There are planes flying in and out night
and day, and as long as that control tower is operating as
it should, everything is timed right and all the planes
leave and arrive safely.
But what if the control tower were to shut down, and none
of the employees showed up for work?
I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere
near that airport that day.
Your gut is just like that…
It’s your body’s main “distribution center” for all of
your nutrients. If your nutrient distribution center isn’t
working right, nutrients don’t get to their required
destinations.
You could eat the best foods and even take nutritional
supplements. It wouldn’t matter — it would all be a waste
if your gut isn’t working the way it should.
Here’s what is going on with the guts of people in most
cities and towns around the world (maybe even you):
It’s important to remember that your colon is the main
exit pathway for harmful bacteria, medication residues,
parasites and other toxins. So it’s essential that these
disease-causing organisms leave your body as quickly and
completely as possible.
Make sense?
But the habits of eating a diet of low-fiber, acid-forming
foods (like most people in the modern world do) and getting
very little real exercise lead to incomplete elimination of
your wastes, and feces hardening along your colon wall.
People can retain huge amounts of hardened feces in their
colon for months and even YEARS!
Yuck…
Not only does this make the ideal breeding ground for
disease, but it also causes your colon wall to become
weakened and form pouches (called diverticula).
As a result, you can end up with conditions such as
polyps, colon cancer, diverticulosis, diverticulitis,
Crohn’s disease and colitis.
Toxins can also seep out into your bloodstream and
lymphatic system. Then they are carried all over your body
and can cause conditions such as joint and muscle pain,
inflammation, skin breakouts, headaches, arthritis,
fibromyalgia and lupus, to name a few.
Hardened feces in your colon also makes it difficult for
you to absorb nutrients from your foods, which can lead to
nutritional deficiencies.
The problems are compounding now, huh?
One of the most common deficiencies this causes is
calcium… and that results in osteoporosis.
That’s where so many people (especially menopausal women)
are completely misinformed about osteoporosis. They’re
told to take calcium supplements, when they really should
be told to make sure their colon is clean! Calcium
supplements are useless in this scenario. But you’re not
told that.
So by now you may be wondering how to clean up a dirty
colon.
Eat mainly fiber-rich, correctly combined foods.
This moves waste through the colon fast.
And it’s easily done by following my advice in the
Great Taste No Pain health system.
The GTNP manual ‘How to End Stomach Pain Forever Even If
Your MD Says, “No Way!” shows you exactly how to do this.
And the manual “What To Eat With What” lists hundreds of
foods and tells you the other foods that digest well with
them. It also tells you exactly what other foods you
should not eat with them.
It’s spelled out so completely an eight yr-old could
understand it and follow it to stay pain-free and energetic
throughout each day.
