Mainstream medicine is considered what’s called “allopathic” –
meaning centered around treatment of sickness & disease.
Reactive — not proactive.
In other words, it’s completely about tests, drugs and surgery
in response to illness.
Now certainly, tests, drugs and surgery have saved many a life.
That cannot be argued with.
But at what cost, when it’s the ONLY focus of the mainstream
medical care industry?
When someone is suffering devastating side effects from a
prescription drug or minus some of their vital internal organs
that could have been saved and healed, what is their quality of
life?
Here are a couple of examples.
Steroids ======
Steroids are a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and asthma.
While they do help with symptoms of these conditions, they also
cause Cushing’s Syndrome, which is characterized by upper body
obesity, a rounded face and increased fat around the neck.
Other signs include thin, fragile skin, bruising easily and
stretch marks. Bones are weakened, and movements such as
bending, lifting, or getting out of a chair can cause backaches
and rib or spinal fractures.
Cushing’s can also lead to high blood pressure, high blood
glucose, anxiety, depression, severe fatigue, weak muscles and a
fatty hump between your shoulders.
So what started out as one medical problem can possibly become
several nasty problems, without getting rid of the first one.
Gallbladder surgery ===============
A common treatment for gallstones is a cholecystectomy (removal
of the gallbladder).
But as anyone who has had their gallbladder removed can tell
you, that’s usually not the end of your problems. Many times
it’s just the beginning.
First of all, you can’t digest fats as well without a
gallbladder. So you’re more prone to indigestion.
And if you don’t change what caused the gallstones to begin with
(your diet), chances are you’ll just swap one problem for
another. The gallstones will be gone, but you’ll develop
problems like acid reflux or diverticulitis instead. Not a good
trade when you consider that gallstones are preventable and
treatable with dietary changes.
The best approach =============
We all know that “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of
cure.”
Prevention (or healing if sickness has already occurred) begins
from within. When you concentrate on creating wellness instead
of fighting sickness, your body responds amazingly.
You weren’t born to live, get sick, then die! But sadly, that’s
exactly what’s happening to most people.
Know this: Your body can create and maintain a vibrant state of
great health. Yes, I mean yours.
That is, when you give it the tools it needs to do this, and
stop destroying its efforts with bad habits and harmful factors.
The number one way you can help create wellness and healing in
your body is through your diet.
Food is the best drug ================
When you make food your medicine and eat foods that digest
efficiently and encourage an alkaline blood pH, the changes
occur right before your very eyes.
The first thing that happens is your body eliminates built- up
toxic wastes.
That means less pain and inflammation and a “flattening” spare
tire.
Then your organs start to respond. All of your organs work best
in an alkaline environment, so they really start to “show their
stuff” once the acidity goes down.
That can mean lower blood pressure, fewer allergy symptoms or
asthma attacks, fewer skin breakouts, clearer thinking, lower
blood glucose levels, no more digestive problems and regular,
easy bowel movements, to name a few.
And it keeps getting better from there. You may end up needing
less or no medication at all, excess pounds continue to slide
off, you look younger, have tons more energy and…
Quite possibly add a number of quality years onto your life.
How does that sound?
Let me help you achieve wellness from within.
Because when you follow my advice in the Great Taste No Pain
health system, you will learn exactly how to help your body do
this. – http://www.greattastenopain.com/cmdt.asp?id=987704
It might be the simplest thing you’ve ever done that was good
for you.
The manual “How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If Your MD
Says, ‘No Way!’” teaches you the few simple principles you’ll
need to know to reduce acid build-up in your body. Don’t worry
– it’s not a biology textbook. I explain it all in everyday
language.
And “Foods That Create Acid, Foods That Take It Away” shows you
the dangers of acid waste buildup in your body. You’ll be
shocked to see all the ways it can harm you (and wonder why your
doctor never told you any of this!).
Plus there are meal planning guides, a recipe book full of
delectable creations and even a pocket restaurant guide so you
can dine out whenever you want and still feel great.
Release the healing power that your body naturally has and
create health from within. Great Taste No Pain can help you
every step of the way. -

PS: Melinda lost most of her intestines to Crohn’s and STILL
feels better with GTNP:
*******************
First I just want to say thank you for your dedication and
persistance in finding answers for the millions of intestional
sufferers around the world, me being one of your success stories.
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 1993, spent the next two years
in and out of hospital having 8 operations, the outcome being
complete removal of my large intestine and a third of my small
intestine. They used some of my existing small intestine to
fashion an internal j pouch, so it wasn’t a complete straight
through system. Fun hey?
As you can imagine, it hasn’t been rosy. I am also allergic to
all the standard treatments like steroids, so I have blundered
my way through for many, many years.
Christmas time ’09 I was really struggling, and came across your
website. My God, something in me told me to just order your
system. I didn’t even try the free trail, just ordered all the
books.
A few times in my life I have had a complete OMG moment, and
this has been one of them. After 3 days I just cried!!!! Thank
you Sherry.
My life will always be slightly difficult because of lacking
organs, but you have made my Crohn’s attacks a thing of the
past. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I will still be raving about your books to the day I die, which
I know will be the “extended” version now.
Melinda
